A quick run-down of the job

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to deliver designs in a remote environment. You’ll be working directly with the product, engineering and sales team. Our design team is small with a wide range of design deliverables from simple banners to complex user experience flows.

What you'll do
  • Work cross-functional with engineering, product and other relevant teams to provide solutions to UX and UI challenges

  • Communicate your ideas through high-quality concepts and prototypes

  • Provide engineers with clear design specifications making sure your designs are understood and implemented as expected

  • Collaborate with your stakeholders to facilitate alignment, create shared understanding, and communicate your design rationale

What makes a good candidate
  • Relevant professional experience (at least 4 years)

  • Previous experience in the web3 space is a must.

  • Well-rounded, driven designer in a fully-remote environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction within the team and external stakeholders

  • End-to-end champion of usability and user-centric design

  • Fluent in Figma, design libraries and components

  • Consistent in following our brand and voice as it evolves

  • Strong ability to work well within a team and to be self-guided on a day-to-day basis

  • Willingness to quickly and successfully embrace and adapt change

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
