This is an exciting opportunity to own the design for key features and have a significant impact on the experiences that power Narvar's business for the world's most beloved brands.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for key initiatives, working on experiences that serve both retailers and their end-customers. You will be responsible for turning complex problems into clear, well-crafted, and intuitive solutions.

Day-to-day
  • Drive the design process: Own and execute on the end-to-end design for key product initiatives, delivering high-quality solutions for both retailers (merchants) and their end-customers (consumers).
  • Solve complex problems: Work through the entire design lifecycle, from discovery and research to detailed interaction and visual design, to create thoughtful and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely: Work in a close, collaborative partnership with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver features that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Uphold design quality: Act as a champion for design quality and consistency, leveraging and contributing to our design system to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Articulate your rationale: Clearly communicate your design concepts and rationale to your team and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve your work.
  • Support your teammates: Act as a role model for other designers, participating actively in design critiques and sharing your knowledge with the team.

What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates strong craft and showcases your work on features and products from start to finish.
  • Strong product sense: You are skilled at understanding user needs and business requirements and can translate them into practical and impactful design solutions.
  • Detail-oriented craftsperson: You have a sharp eye for detail and are proficient in all aspects of the design process, from lo-fi concepts to hi-fi visual design.
  • Proactive collaborator: You thrive in a team environment and are adept at working with cross-functional partners to bring products to life.
  • Clear communicator: You can effectively explain your design choices and thought process to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools throughout your design process is a plus.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma.
  • Experience working with established design systems.
