As part of the Cabin Crew, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their digital journey. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, assess their current digital capabilities, and formulate strategies to achieve their goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing innovative solutions, and optimizing digital processes
We are looking for visionary Digital Product Designers to lead design efforts and play a pivotal role in creating innovative digital solutions for our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with strategists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences. This role demands a balance of creativity, technical understanding, and leadership skills to steer projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of digital products from concept through to launch, ensuring they meet client requirements and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, engineers, and product managers, to create seamless, integrated solutions.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive design strategies that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions and gathering feedback.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Teach and coach client partners while delivering high quality artifacts and leading teams to achieve project outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital design, UX/UI, and product development.
  • Assist business development efforts in analyzing and articulating client needs during the proposal process. Act as a subject matter expert on UX/UI design and the Cabin strategic framework.
Requirements

A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital product design work, including examples of projects you’ve led.

Expertise in UX/UI principles, graphic design, and prototyping tools.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environment, with excellent project management skills.

Creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
