Join Revive Media, a remote-first, tech-enabled advertising company helping local and eCommerce brands plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across every major channel, including CTV, Programmatic, and Amazon DSP. We’re evolving from a media services agency into a hybrid AdTech partner with a proprietary platform that gives advertisers and channel partners more transparency, efficiency, and control.

We’re hiring a senior designer who thinks in systems and gets excited about scaling design across a team larger than a single designer can support. This role is not about designing every screen. It’s about creating standards, patterns, and a lightweight operating model that help PMs and engineers ship consistent, usable UI - and maintaining quality through regular critique and targeted hands-on design for the highest-impact work.
What You’ll Do

System Design & Standards (Primary)
  • Own our design system and UX standards (components, patterns, content guidelines, accessibility)
  • Use AI-assisted tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make, V0 or similar) to scale standards (e.g., generate/maintain specs, checklists, component usage guidance, and critique rubrics) so non-designers can apply UX patterns consistently (with designer review on key work)
  • Define “how we design here”: lightweight processes for discovery, critique, handoff, and iteration that work in a remote-first environment
  • Create reusable patterns for core workflows so new features feel cohesive and scalable
Product Understanding & Proactive Discovery
  • Build deep context on our customers, partners, and internal users through recurring research, shadowing, and synthesis
  • Identify experience gaps and propose improvements proactively (not just when assigned a ticket)
Enablement: Raise the Bar Across PMs & Engineering
  • Coach less experienced PMs on problem framing, requirements quality, and UX partnership best practices
  • Partner with engineering leads to make standards easy to adopt (components, examples, checklists)
  • Run a scalable review cadence (design critiques + office hours + lightweight design QA) to keep quality high as the team ships
Strong Opinions, Loosely Held
  • Push for simpler, more elegant solutions, even when it requires disagreeing with stakeholders
  • Help teams make smart tradeoffs with a clear user-centered rationale
  • You see something broken and you fix it - you don't wait for permission or a ticket
Targeted Hands-On Design
  • Execute on high-impact work in Figma (flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI) where your time creates outsized leverage
  • You will be paired with one or two squads to support their design needs. These inputs must also be used as inputs for the systems, practices and standards you implement.

What to Expect in Your First 90 Days
Month 1: Learn the platform and user workflows. Run interviews/shadowing. Identify top 3 UX/system gaps.

Month 2: Ship a high-impact feature or workflow improvement and publish v1 standards (patterns + critique/handoff process).

Month 3: Expand the design system and enablement (PM training + engineering adoption). Align on a 3–6 month UX roadmap.

Requirements
  • 7+ years product design experience with a portfolio showing systems thinking (design systems, frameworks, scalable patterns) that demonstrates business impact and strong craft
  • Proven track record setting standards and enabling cross-functional teams to ship consistently great UX
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience building/evolving design systems
  • Experience using AI-assisted tooling to scale design standards (e.g., generating specs, heuristics, critique templates, or documentation that helps PMs/engineers apply patterns correctly)
  • Strong product instincts: ability to learn complex workflows quickly and translate ambiguity into clear direction
  • Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback; able to disagree constructively and influence outcomes
  • Front-end engineering background or significant coding experience (preferred)
  • Experience coaching PMs/engineers and improving how teams work together (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and ad tech (preferred)

Benefits
  • 100% healthcare coverage for employees, 50% for dependents (medical, dental, vision)
  • Flexible remote work, including a home office stipend, internet reimbursement, and wellness stipend
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 3-day weekend every month
  • Monthly coffee or tea subscription
