We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Rewards and Loyalty team, where you'll lead the design of intuitive, visually compelling experiences that deepen engagement across our products. Your scope will include how users discover and opt into promotions, earn and redeem rewards, and engage with loyalty experiences that keep them coming back. You will get to own the end-to-end design process and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to deliver features that are both elegant and impactful. - Champion for customers by identifying opportunities for product and feature enhancements.
- Maintain and update the team's shared Figma libraries utilizing modern best practices.
- Solicit feedback from peers, including other product designers and teammates, to drive design forward.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- At least 6+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer with a proven track record of shipping products and features.
- An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of key digital product design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, interaction design, and visual design.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation to help drive Design Ops, team collaboration, and the adoption of best practices.
