The Senior Product Designer I will create user-centered designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects and mentoring junior designers.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer I to work on mobile applications that support field service teams in managing schedules and executing tasks efficiently. In this role, you will collaborate with business leadership, product managers, engineers, and users to create innovative design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. The Senior Product Designer I will oversee multiple projects throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring design consistency and seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design for assigned scrum teams, defining the overall strategy for the user experience. This includes everything from user flow to detailed elements like haptics, animations, and QA to ensure that designs meet expectations.
Revise existing mobile solutions to enhance the user experience, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, evaluate effort and value, and suggest adjustments to the product roadmap.
Design intuitive, user-friendly mobile experiences for SaaS products, ensuring simplicity and usability.
Drive adoption of new features by creating intuitive experiences and collaborating with customer and client success teams to gather user feedback.
Maintain organization and communication, ensuring clean file structures and detailed annotations to streamline handoffs between Design and Engineering teams.
Develop and lead build partner programs to consistently gather valuable feedback from users.
Collaborate across teams, including design, scrum, stakeholders, end users, and clients, tailoring communication and negotiation strategies to suit each group's level of understanding.
Work in a dual-track scrum environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring efficient delivery of design solutions.
Educate and promote design best practices, building consensus among stakeholders, and creating impactful presentations, storyboards, and feedback tools.
Mentor junior team members, particularly on mobile design best practices, and foster a collaborative and innovative design culture.
Ensure design consistency by adhering to the Design System and maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay informed on the latest UX/UI trends and tools to ensure design innovation.
Contribute to improving departmental culture and processes by identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
Travel: Up to 10% as needed.
Qualifications:
Curious and eager to improve, demonstrating continuous experimentation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
3+ years of experience in mobile app design and 5+ years in Product Design.
Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma and Miro for wireframing, prototyping, and workflow creation.
Experience with design systems and creating lightweight prototypes for testing and user validation.
Strong understanding of usability principles, with the ability to present research and design deliverables to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines efficiently.
Passionate about simplifying complex processes and advocating for user-centered design principles.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in UX/HCI or a related field.
Experience in SaaS and/or proptech is a plus.
People Management:
Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to team growth.
Compensation:
$90-100K
- Pay is determined by several compensable factors, such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
