Description

We’re hiring our first Senior Product Designer to own and elevate the entire shopping and customer journey across our DTC website.

As a core member of the eCommerce team, you’ll play a critical role in transforming our website into a high-performing, premium, and conversion-optimized experience. You’ll lead the design of new landing pages, flows, and site-wide UX improvements—from strategy to pixel-perfect execution. You’ll also help shape a lightweight design system in Figma and collaborate with marketers, CRO strategists, developers, and brand creatives to ship impactful, testable experiences that drive CVR, AOV, and retention.

This is a dream role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments and wants to own the look, feel, and performance of an entire DTC experience.

🧩 What You’ll Own
  • Design high-converting landing pages, PDPs, upsell flows, quiz experiences, and more—from scratch.
  • Create beautiful, user-first Figma files that are development-ready and performance-optimized.
  • Lead UX improvements that reduce friction and increase conversion across mobile and desktop.
  • Partner with our CRO strategist to turn insights and data into testable design hypotheses.
  • Collaborate closely with growth, dev, and creative teams to ship quickly and learn fast.
  • Build and maintain a lightweight design system and component library in Figma.
  • Stay deeply informed on best-in-class DTC and eCommerce experiences, and bring fresh ideas rooted in real performance insights.
✅ What Success Looks Like
  • You’ve launched high-performing landing pages and PDPs that drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV, and engagement
  • Our Figma workspace is organized, dev-friendly, and built around a lightweight, reusable design system
  • You’ve transformed our site into a more premium, cohesive, and intuitive shopping experience
  • You’ve become a go-to partner for the eCommerce, CRO, and marketing teams—collaborating fluidly to ship fast
  • You bring data-driven design ideas to the table and aren’t afraid to push boundaries or test bold UX concepts
  • You’re obsessed with how our site compares to best-in-class DTC brands—and actively work to raise the bar
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a focus on eCommerce/DTC brands
  • Mastery of Figma—design systems, components, and dev handoff are second nature to you
  • A strong portfolio of high-converting landing pages, PDPs, and optimized user journeys
  • Fluent in UX, CRO, and visual design—you care about performance as much as polish
  • Comfortable working autonomously and owning the full design process from ideation to launch
  • Deep familiarity with customer psychology, user flows, and funnel performance metrics
  • You’ve collaborated with CRO teams or marketers and are comfortable in results-driven environments
  • Bonus: Experience in DTC subscriptions, quiz funnels, A/B testing, or headless eCommerce
