What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
Are you a mature Product Designer with a passion for solving complex problems in enterprise environments? We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead the design of internal systems and SaaS platforms that power large organizations—from HR to healthcare and logistics.
This isn’t a role for consumer app designers. We're looking for someone who has experience working on enterprise-level products—think internal tools, B2B platforms, or SaaS ecosystems used by professionals every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design across complex internal enterprise tools and SaaS platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.
- Own the design process from discovery through delivery—concepting, wireframing, prototyping, and iterating based on insights.
- Present your work clearly, including case studies that demonstrate your thinking, process, and outcomes.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems for responsive web and mobile (iOS/Android) products.
- Participate in user research, synthesis, and testing where needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Charlotte, NC – Must be local or willing to relocate at on cost (non-negotiable).
- 5–6 years of experience in product/UX/UI design, at least 2 years at Senior Level.
- Proven track record designing enterprise or SaaS systems (HR, healthcare, logistics, etc.).
- Strong visual/UI skills paired with a system-thinking mindset.
- A collaborative, self-driven designer who can operate independently and lead workstreams.
- Great communication skills—you explain your design rationale clearly and confidently.
Must-Haves
- Portfolio with recent, modern design work showcasing internal enterprise tools and SaaS platforms.
- At least one end-to-end case study showing your process from exploration through final visuals.
If this sounds like you, let’s connect! Drop us your CV + portfolio - we would love to meet you.
