As a Senior/Staff Producer, you will lead brand campaigns and product marketing launches from kickoff to final delivery, and own video production for both in-house and agency work. You’ll sit on the Creative Operations team and partner closely with marketing program managers, creative leaders, and creatives across the business to keep complex, multi-workstream projects moving.
In this role, you will:
Own brand and product launch projects end to end , from timeline and process to final asset delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout a project, representing creative project priorities and standards from kickoff to wrap
Own video production projects managing everything from scope, budget, and schedule from brief through final cut
Produce photo and video shoots, handling talent, location, and voiceover, and partner with our in-house videographer through setup, pre-production, production, and post
Build clear timelines and workflows for cross-functional projects, and adjust them quickly as priorities shift
Build operational efficencies and processes to continue building out our creative operations engine
Partner with marketing program managers, creative leaders, and stakeholders to align on scope, timing, and deliverables
Manage external agency relationships when projects call for it, including scoping, budgets, and quality control
Have a roladex of agency and video production partners to pull in as needed for internal shoots
Build strong working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, from creatives to marketing and operations leaders
Has experience producing video content with an in-house videographer or production team, from pre-production through post
Has managed relationships with external production agencies, including scoping, budgets, and vendor quality
Is an expert at building timelines, workflows, and processes for complex, multi channel and stakeholder projects
Has strong judgment for solving problems quickly when plans or priorities change
Working with creatives is second nature, you understand how creative work gets made, from concept to final asset
Communicates clearly and builds trust with stakeholders across marketing, creative, and operations
Is a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments
Has experience working directly with stakeholders to solve problems and manage change, especially in moments of tension or shifting priorities
Has run high volume, high budget projects and consistently delivered on time
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
