- Negotiate savings and favorable terms on all purchases, consistently delivering cost reductions and value for the business.
- Oversee and refine purchase request workflows, ensuring rapid, accurate execution and proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate and improve the process.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, designing and implementing innovative solutions that streamline procurement and support company goals.
- Partner with the Procurement Manager to leverage data-driven insights, optimize spend, and elevate procurement performance.
- Develop, distribute, and analyze RFPs for offsite events, including complex hotel and meeting space negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, finance, or contract management, with a proven record of negotiating savings and driving impact.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS contracts and negotiations, Purchase Order (PO) and/or Contract Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., SAP, Apttus, Conga); Coupa expertise strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets; experience with procurement analytics tools is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, analytical, and solutions-oriented, with a track record of leading projects and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Ready to get hands-on, tackle challenges head-on, and deliver results with a no-excuses, get-it-done mindset.
