ClickUp is seeking a results-driven Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Global Procurement Team. Your mission: secure savings on every purchase, every time. We want someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, and get shit done—no matter how complex the challenge. You will be the driving force behind maximizing value in every transaction, relentlessly negotiating the best possible terms and ensuring every dollar spent delivers measurable impact.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate savings and favorable terms on all purchases, consistently delivering cost reductions and value for the business.
  • Oversee and refine purchase request workflows, ensuring rapid, accurate execution and proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate and improve the process.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, designing and implementing innovative solutions that streamline procurement and support company goals.
  • Partner with the Procurement Manager to leverage data-driven insights, optimize spend, and elevate procurement performance.
  • Develop, distribute, and analyze RFPs for offsite events, including complex hotel and meeting space negotiations.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, finance, or contract management, with a proven record of negotiating savings and driving impact.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS contracts and negotiations, Purchase Order (PO) and/or Contract Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., SAP, Apttus, Conga); Coupa expertise strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets; experience with procurement analytics tools is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, analytical, and solutions-oriented, with a track record of leading projects and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Ready to get hands-on, tackle challenges head-on, and deliver results with a no-excuses, get-it-done mindset.

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$95,000$126,000 USD
