Overview: The Senior Procurement Analyst is primarily responsible for review and negotiation of procurement requests for purchase categories such as hardware, software, SaaS and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage RFx’s;
- Achieve annual productivity targets within the Enterprise Procurement productivity framework;
- Perform spend analysis to support enterprise procurement requests, category and supplier strategy management; and
- Lead organizational capabilities of training existing procurement team, new hires, and contractors on enterprise procurement processes and policies.
- Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;
- Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; and

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience overall Enterprise Procurement experience.
- Strong collaboration skills;
- Attention to detail and project management skills;
- Familiarity with Master Agreement terms and conditions;
- Won’t compromise values to get results;
- Can persevere and is resilient in the pursuit of objectives, willing to take on new challenges and works to resolve tough issues;
- Effective communicator (verbal and written) with all stakeholders;
- Treats all people with respect and fairness; open to and respectful of others’ opinions and diverse points of view; and
- Takes initiative to find ways to get better results; seeks and takes advantage of ideas and best practices.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; and
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement and contracting.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time);
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
- Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
- Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
- Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
