Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and Maintain Standardized work for operations• Monitor and Increase production quality and quantity• Process Development• New processes*• Optimization and improvement of manufacturing processes• Project Management• Preparation of calculations for conversions, auxiliary and manufacturing aids• Capacity planning in cooperation with production• Changes Equipment• New Equipment• Design Management - Interface ENG• Welding Related Topic must be aligned with W&R• Perform and manage CI Projects• Completion of special projects and FMEAs
Job Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience as an engineer in manufacturing; or 5-7 years of experience as an engineer in manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.• Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.• Knowledge of tool construction, robots, automation assembly and welding technology• Experience in FMEA and problem solving techniques
