Job Responsibilities
- Operations / Project Management
- Evaluate both internal and external requests (e.g. ROI analysis).
- Manage project requests (e.g. Rebranding, Token swap, Mainnet integration, Airdrop, etc.) from external partners (i.e. Listed tokens).
- Manage operation requests (e.g. Legal Agreement, Risk Control System, Bot Enhancement, etc.).
- Perform project management on implementation for successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management, run through different stages of SOP).
- Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests.
- Build up risk control systems and participate in ad-hoc events.
- Drive new initiatives and be able to deliver quality results on time.
- Support risk management and operations optimization projects.
- Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary.
Job Requirements

- Intermediate understanding of crypto.
- Experience with data querying using languages such as SQL and Python.
- Experience in using tools such as Dune analytics, Flipside, Nansen, etc.
- Understand project smart contracts.
- Have a strong passion for Web3 data and have knowledge of different crypto sectors, and familiar with the top players' mechanism of each sector.
