Position Purpose:

Responsible for guiding the strategic direction for a portfolio of technologies within enterprise AI enablement.

Responsible for use cases within the product strategy, roadmap, opportunity identification, business case development, industry research, and new product or feature introduction.

Responsible for end-to-end product governance from concept to production, and responsible for aligning and engaging stakeholders to manage and measure the delivery of product strategy and roadmap against established goals.

  • Partner to develop, maintain, and publish the long-term strategy and tactical implementation of AI enablement. Must support both enterprise and technology strategies and be interlocked with other domains.

  • Develop, maintain, and publish a long-term roadmap of a defined Domain space.

  • Evaluate and publish the health and security risk, life-cycle stage, and technology cost of a defined Domain space.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and technology teams to negotiate and agree on proposed new AI implementations and changes to existing systems and practices.

  • Focuses on identifying business opportunities / needs, bridging the gap between the business clients' need and technology solutions to realize value. Works with Solution Architects to explore potential technical solutions to address those business needs.

  • Facilitate demand shaping with business and architecture. Drive a sustainable cyclical process of business value identification, financial review, forecasting, idea generation, opportunity sizing, business case preparation, product enablement and feature and use case implementation.

  • Perform agile processes such as managing backlogs, grooming stories, and leading agile ceremonies including PI planning sessions, stand up meetings, etc.

  • Synthesize market changes and technology modernization into actionable improvements for products.

  • Measure the performance of a AI enablement to assess efficiencies gained, value realized and ROI of product investments.

  • Arbitrate portfolio impacts and delivery commitments for new or modified priorities.

  • Reviews and influences user stories and milestones to guide Agile and Scrum teams to deliver consistently and inline with product roadmaps.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience required.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Pay Range: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
