- Manage the on time in full delivery from OEMs
- Manage the day to day operations includes the production/materials planning
- Mornitoring the capacity utililization for short/mid/long term as per demand
- Stabilize demand flow from SharkNinja to OEM and sub suppliers.
- Utliize the demand allocations as per company strategy
- Set up CTB (CLEAR TO BUILD) visibility from OEM.
- Manage factories critical components shortage.
- E&O monitoring and management
- Drives the continiouse improvements of OTD and Lead time performance
Skills:

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- 8+ years production/materials planning experience
- 5+ years in factory is preferred
- Experience of household appliance is preferred
- Fluent English speaking
