Join us as a Senior People Operations Specialist in EMEA, where you'll contribute to shaping the future of our HR processes and systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key People Operations partner for the EMEA region, providing proactive and consultative end‑to‑end support to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, HR systems, policy interpretation, benefits, and local compliance, in alignment with global standards and a positive employee experience.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert and hands‑on contributor for the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimisation of core People systems (primarily Workday), including configuration, testing, documentation, training delivery, and adoption support.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of new People Team programs and initiatives, supporting change management and stakeholder engagement across EMEA.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, independently driving initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global People Team partners to ensure consistent practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across People Operations.

- Implementation and further phases of Workday.
- Exploring AI opportunities for process improvement.
- Supporting transformational initiatives for the People Team
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within People Operations.
- Strong expertise in Workday or similar HRIS systems.
- Passion for People Operations and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Multilingual skills and knowledge of European labor laws are highly desirable.
- Background in benefits management is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
