We are looking to hire an experienced Pega developer to design and develop enterprise-level Pega applications for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment of large-scale Pega projects. This may involve developing BPM applications, integrating web services, designing data models and frameworks, and collating business analysis requirements.

As a Senior Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to meet the business requirements of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Pega development, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with full-stack feature teams to deliver new and improved ways to automatically test and deploy software across a broad technology platform.
- Apply thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.
- Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.
- Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
- Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for applications under test.
- Maintaining the security of all system applications.
- Perform programming and analysis and develop new solutions for various Pega-based systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of extensive hands-on experience on design and development of BPM applications using Pega.
- Must have experience with Pega Constellation (8.8, Infinity 23.1, or Infinity 24.1).
- Must have hands on experience in Agents, Integrations etc, Declarative Rules, Decision Rules, Flows, UI etc.
- Experience using Pega architecture, security model and service interfaces to build effective software solutions.
- Experience in REST calls , manage migration , configuration and monitor performance.
- Experience in OOPs concept and design systems security technology, Business process management technologies.
- Experience with BDD and testing framework such as Cucumber
- Proven work experience as a Pega developer.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Pega Customer Service for Insurance desired.
