About the role
We’re looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of our partnerships; from scoping a real use case to shipping an MVP integration and enabling co-selling. You’ll be the technical counterpart to our partners and a bridge between our GTM and product/engineering teams.
What you’ll do:
Work with partners to confirm the problem, the joint workflow, and what “good” looks like
Write a short MVP spec (target: ship in 4-6 weeks), including success metrics and risks
Design and implement auth and data flows (OIDC/SAML, OAuth, least-privilege scopes)
Build the MVP: APIs, webhooks/polling, idempotent writes, retries, rate-limit handling, feature flags
Stand up safe test environments (sandbox/tenant), sample data, and pass security reviews
Instrument logging and basic health metrics; document runbooks, alerts, rollback
Create enablement assets (solution brief, OpenAPI/Postman, quickstart, demo) and train partner SEs/AEs
Join select late-stage calls to de-risk architecture questions and speed decisions
What you'll bring:
6-10 years in solutions engineering, product, or technical integrations roles for B2B SaaS; you’ve delivered partner integrations end-to-end OR have 0 to 1 product experience
Comfort with API testing and documentation, light scripting/automation, and basic monitoring and diagnostics
Clear technical communication skills with both internal and external audiences
Track record delivering integrations for enterprise clients with scale/complexity (multi-tenant, rate limits, uptime SLAs).
Proven history of enabling sales and partnerships: not just “building integrations” but helping commercial teams sell them.
Experience working in fast-moving environments where scoping, prioritisation, and resource trade-offs are key.
