This person will ensure that partners are informed, enabled, and engaged, while also communicating internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives, successes, and ROI. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in channel or partner marketing within the cybersecurity industry, along with exceptional communication skills and the proven ability to design scalable global programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Global Partner Programs

  • Design, launch, and manage scalable global partner marketing programs that build pipeline and deliver measurable ROI
  • Develop repeatable campaign frameworks that partners can easily adopt and activate across regions
  • Ensure program scalability by designing toolkits, templates, and co-brandable assets for partners worldwide
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure programs align with business goals
  • Build program tracking, measurement, and reporting processes to show the impact on pipeline and partner engagement
  • Monitor all Managed Service Providers (MSPs) including tracking, pipeline, program success, and metrics to ensure continued growth and alignment with Axonius’ goals.

Partner Communications

  • Own and execute the partner communication strategy, which includes monthly newsletters, partner portal updates, and key program announcements
  • Develop "To Partner" and "Through Partner" communication assets in collaboration with Channel Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing
  • Ensure timely sharing of partner campaign launches, enablement materials, and new program benefits
  • Continuously measure the effectiveness of communications and optimize content and delivery channels for better impact

Internal Communications

  • Lead internal partner marketing communications to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed on program success, ROI, and partner updates
  • Build communication frameworks for leadership, sales, and cross-departmental alignment on partner-driven initiatives
  • Create dashboards, recaps, and reporting materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive briefings

 

Program & Project Management

  • Drive meticulous project management for partner programs and communications, ensuring deliverables are met on time with high quality
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to align global communication strategies with localized execution
  • Support the execution of partner advisory councils (PACs), summits, and strategic events with program management and follow-up communications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or program communications, with a strong preference for experience in the cybersecurity industry
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing global partner programs that drive pipeline
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Impartner, and similar communication platforms
  • Strong project management skills and a proven ability to execute programs from start to finish
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and proactive with strong attention to detail

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate’s salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)
$130,000$150,000 USD
