About the Role & Hiring Manager

I joined Zenity because the opportunity to define an entirely new security category doesn't come around often, and when it does, you dive in. As a leader, I'm results-driven at my core, and those results are achieved through ownership, striving for excellence, and accountability.

Our team moves with urgency, velocity, and intention, and I expect results over everything else. That means real ownership, proactive communication, and a customer-first mindset that keeps us grounded in what actually matters.

This role is critical to Zenity’s next stage of growth, defining and executing the company’s partner marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role. You will lead how Zenity goes to market with partners and how we show up in industry groups shaping AI Agent security. You will own this function. You will deliver results without waiting for others to act. You will not inherit a system. You will create it.

About Zenity

Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and the first company to bring an agent-centric security platform to market. As enterprises accelerate AI agent adoption, we are establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale.

We deliver full-lifecycle visibility, governance, detection, prevention, and response for AI agents from build time to runtime, across SaaS, home-grown platforms, and end-user devices. Backed by $55M+ in funding, including a $38M Series B with strategic investment from Microsoft’s M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally.

Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale.

  • Create co-branded content, webinars, landing pages, and go-to-market materials

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Business Development to align marketing with partner growth goals
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to build differentiated joint value propositions

Measurement and Reporting

  • Own pipeline metrics tied to partner-sourced and influenced revenue
