Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Partner Integrations Manager to lead complex OEM and partner integration and certification initiatives. This role requires a high level of technical fluency, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders at the middle and top management level. You will own the end-to-end integration lifecycle, drive strategic alignment with key partners, and ensure scalable, high-quality integrations that support Tekion’s growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of OEM and other partner integrations or certifications across multiple product lines and geographies.
  • Build and maintain middle- to top-management level relationships with OEMs and key partners to influence integration roadmaps and priorities.
  • Define and drive the long-term vision for partner integrations in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
  • Oversee complex integration programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for integration-related issues, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Represent Tekion in partner meetings, industry forums, and executive briefings.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Champion best practices in integration architecture, data exchange, and partner onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure integrations meet regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Drive post-integration enablement by delivering targeted training and clear documentation to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success across internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the automotive retail industry or with connected vehicle platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Background in product management or technical program management.

Experience leading global teams or managing international partner relationships.

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range
$90,750$151,300 USD
