Stord is looking for a Senior Parcel Analyst to optimize our customers’ supply chains and support internal teams with data-driven business decisions. In this role, you will leverage statistical analysis, predictive and historical modeling, simulations, and other analytical methods to identify insights and develop actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities include modeling carrier and customer rates, conducting network and parcel studies, and performing in-depth analyses of cost and service opportunities to drive margin and improve delivery speed. You will build analytics in Omni and other tools, collaborate with Stord’s technology partners, and translate findings into clear, executive-ready presentations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage analytical projects end-to-end, including intake, data assessment, solution design, analysis, and presentation of results.

  • Analyze cost and service performance, identify opportunities, and self-prioritize initiatives to deliver actionable solutions.

  • Transform and structure data from internal and external sources to ensure efficiency, stability, and reliability.

  • Develop operational reports, forecasts, and dashboards for supply chain and parcel team needs.

  • Collect, analyze, and publish parcel KPI data; provide visibility into programs and performance.

  • Recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Maintain and evolve parcel- and supply chain-specific dashboards.

  • Provide cost and revenue insights to stakeholders, including financial performance and forecasts.

  • Communicate professionally with carrier partners to support smooth operations and maintain the customer experience.

  • Develop and manage relationships, programs, and processes to support evolving parcel operations.

  • Monitor market trends, rates, and new carrier products/initiatives.

  • Conduct audits of carriers, services, and vendor performance.

  • Review parcel KPIs to maximize service, reduce costs, and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Support peak holiday shipping operations as needed.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure coordination and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Standardize best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

  • Work autonomously, think creatively, and provide timely analytics and status updates to the Manager/Sr. Manager of Parcel.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in parcel or transportation analytics, with demonstrated growth in responsibility.

  • Proven experience leveraging databases and dashboards to inform business decisions.

  • Proficiency with at least one Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Omni, Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense).

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365 applications.

  • Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret large data sets.

  • Experience with MS Power Automate preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
