Gopuff is hiring an Oracle Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience and strong SQL skills. The role sits within Finance and supports the day-to-day running of Oracle Fusion Cloud: optimizing the platform, improving processes, helping with regression testing, and making sure updates land as smoothly as possible. You will bridge IT and the business and solve Oracle-related data flows.

What We Offer

  • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
  • HSA or FSA eligibility
  • Long and Short-Term Disability Insurance
  • Fitness Reimbursement Program
  • 25% employee discount & FAM Membership
  • Flexible PTO
  • Group Life Insurance
  • EAP through AllOne Health (formerly Carebridge)

What You'll Do

Day-to-day Oracle Fusion support and optimization

  • Serve as the liaison between Finance and the IT organization, turning user needs into technical solutions.

  • Act as a "Super User" and level 2 support layer: resolve user issues and help desk tickets, and manage post go-live task and action logs.

  • Own configuration updates in Oracle production environments.

  • Manage service requests logged with Oracle and follow up to resolution.

  • Align the Oracle solution with changes in Finance and business strategy.

  • Analyze current processes and recommend improvements, with a focus on optimization and process improvement.

  • Testing and quarterly updates

  • Lead Oracle quarterly update testing and help with regression testing, so updates are as smooth as possible.

  • Review and implement quarterly Oracle enhancements.

  • Participate in functional unit testing and help lead system and user acceptance testing.

  • Requirements, design and data flows

  • Review and approve functional and technical design specifications and application configuration guides.

  • Lead configuration, conversion, integration and report design and testing, including test planning, test-case preparation, UAT, and defect tracking.

  • Write complex SQL to analyze, validate and reconcile Oracle-related data flows, including data mapping and transformation across integrated systems.

  • Partner with other teams to resolve cross-team issues, and support special projects, new integrations and complex reporting needs.

  • Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.

  • Lead solution adoption activities, including UAT readiness, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer efforts in support of OneStream application development and engage stakeholders throughout OneStream application configuration to obtain feedback before release.

What You'll Bring

    Required

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience, ideally Financials (GL, AP, AR, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).

  • Advanced SQL: complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregation and query optimization on large datasets.

  • Proven requirements gathering and documentation (functional specs, process maps, user stories).

  • Experience with testing, including regression, SIT and UAT, and with support or help desk processes.

  • Experience with data mapping, validation and reconciliation across systems.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  • Preferred

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly update cycles and Fusion reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI or FRS.

  • Participation in an Oracle Fusion implementation or upgrade.

  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile practices and tools like Jira or Confluence.

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain or logistics.
