Our Operations Team is dedicated to creating an engaging environment for clients and employees. We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team member to help drive compliance and support a variety of business initiatives. Come work side by side with our enterprise Operations Team and Highspring leaders to make a true impact. The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for the general operations and support of the team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance related to client Vendor Management Systems (“VMS”) and other client tools to ensure compliance is met with invoices, timesheets, onboarding, offboarding, and any other necessary items.
  • Facilitate the contract compliance process, assisting client delivery teams in requesting, monitoring and securing client contracts.
  • Support various Operational and Resource Management processes such as schedule updates, project maintenance, and intercompany transactions.
  • Produce and maintain reports used to support Operations and client teams, ensuring accuracy and proper communication.
  • Analyze and reconcile data to identify potential process exceptions and take required action steps to correct.
  • Manage ad hoc support requests
  • Execute special projects either within the Operations team or for the broader Shared Services team, as necessary

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in professional services or operations role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience working with a VMS system preferred
  • Experience with one or more of the following preferred: NetSuite, Salesforce, IntelAgree

Multiple locations | Flexibility to be onsite 2-3 days per week preferred

Travel Requirements:  

Less than 5% (almost no travel)

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

Frequent:          Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.

Occasional:      Standing and bending.

Infrequent:       Lifting up to 10 pounds.

 

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following pay range reasonably estimates the hourly compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
