Guild is hiring a Senior Operations Enablement Manager to be the connective tissue that ensures new products and revenue & billing operations function seamlessly, while also driving a disciplined, responsive incident management process that safeguards reliability. Partnering across Product, Engineering, Accounting, and Compliance, this role ensures every launch is operationally successful, financially accurate, and supported by strong controls. They build the frameworks that bring new offerings and system enhancements to life, while also leading swift, structured incident management to stabilize issues impacting financial data flows. This role drives automation and process improvements that reduce manual work, strengthen data integrity, and enhance the resilience of Guild’s financial systems.

ResponsibilitiesDrive new product operationalization & revenue readiness
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to build operational workflows that support accurate billing, collections, and revenue processing.

  • Translate product requirements into financial system capabilities and ensure revenue data flows cleanly into the general ledger.

  • Create repeatable readiness frameworks—including billing logic, data validation, and operational treatment—to support scalable product launches.

Support incident management & operational health
  • Lead incident triage and resolution for revenue, billing, or financial data flow issues in partnership with Revenue Accounting, Engineering, and Operations.

  • Provide leadership visibility through incident reporting, trend analysis, and remediation tracking.

Optimize systems in alignment with financial outcomes
  • Support automation and transformation initiatives that streamline revenue, billing, and financial data workflows.

  • Collaborate with Biz Apps, Engineering, and Accounting teams to enhance processes and integrations across Guild systems

  • Identify operational friction points and recommend technology-enabled solutions that strengthen scalability and control.

Strengthen cross‑functional partnerships & communication
  • Provide clear stakeholder communications on readiness, risk, compliance, and incident impacts; operate with a data‑driven, outcome‑oriented cadence.

  • Serve as the bridge between Billing & Revenue Ops and Product/Engineering—translating business, accounting, and compliance needs into technical requirements and milestones.

Deliver reporting & operational insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track operational readiness, incident trends, and transformation progress.

  • Deliver insights on revenue and billing operational health, data accuracy, and control integrity.

  • Support the team with OKR reporting.

Qualifications
  • 6–10 years in financial operations / revenue operations / product enablement / transformation, ideally in complex, data‑driven environments.

  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, accounting data flows, and billing systems.

  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing new products with Product and Engineering and stabilizing production incidents that affect financial data.

  • Experience working in or adjacent to Accounting teams (NetSuite, revenue subledgers, workflow tools preferred).

  • Continuous improvement mindset; passionate about solving problems at the intersection of process, people, and systems.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and influence skills; able to translate between operational, technical, and accounting stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with SOC 1 / internal controls and audit‑ready documentation practices.

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $125,000 - $145,000 and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
