The Senior .NET Developer is responsible for developing scalable web applications, collaborating with teams, adhering to best practices, and improving performance within the software development lifecycle.
BlackStone eIT is actively looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our dedicated team. You will be an integral part of our development efforts, focusing on crafting high-quality, scalable web applications and services. This role will require a blend of expertise in software development and excellent collaboration skills to ensure project success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain software applications using the .NET framework and related technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices and ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and trends to innovate and improve software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related domain.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET development, particularly in C# and ASP.NET.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with databases, primarily SQL Server.
- Familiarity with RESTful services and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
