In this role, you will:
- Simultaneously help lead multiple projects and work with multiple lines of businesses
- Proficiently envision and orchestrate end-to-end business solutions with the right mix of technologies including infrastructure sub-domain
- Demonstrate the self-learning capability to ramp up quickly without a lot of instruction, training, or handholding while possessing the soft skills to support a lack of detailed instruction or training.
- Demonstrate a balance of technical skills with hands-on implementation experience
- Design, code, test, debug and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Develops highly complex code, and provide application coding, design, architecture and application integration consultation by utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs
- Design and implement complex business requirements including technical specifications for critical computer platforms and applications
- Provide coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code
- Verify program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs
- Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas
- Act as a Senior Developer role in a SCRUM environment and contribute to all phases of SCRUM collaborating with other team members
- Undertake the tooling and integration with other applications, piloting new technology Proof of Concepts and leveraging the outcomes in the ongoing solution initiatives
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of full stack application development and implementation experience as a .NET Core developer
- 4+ years of SQL Server development experience including complex SQL queries, stored procedures
- 2+ years of experience of Microsoft development using Visual Studio, .NET framework, .NET core, C#, and PowerShell
- Experience with web-oriented user experience concepts and technologies such as HTML, jQuery, AJAX, and REST APIs
- Experience and knowledge of working with the Cloud
- Experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins and Udeploy
- Experience with performance monitoring tools including AppDynamics
- Experience with a cloud-native platforms including Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
- Experience with workflow management tools including Jira and Confluence
- Experience with automated regression testing
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Great teamwork and analytical skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
