As a Senior MuleSoft Developer at Gurobi Optimization, you will be critical in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. By leveraging your deep knowledge of APIs, integration architecture, and enterprise systems, you will play a key role in streamlining operations. 
 
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the MuleSoft platform, as well as the integration of other enterprise systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite. Additionally, you will analyze business requirements and requests and modify the platform to align with our needs. You will manage user access and permissions and troubleshoot any technical issues. 
 
Collaborating across our global team, you will drive training to support our user needs and ensure consistency in our process, allowing us to leverage the platform to its full potential.  

What will you be doing?

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and related tools. 
  • Create and manage APIs (REST, SOAP) and integrations across cloud and on-premise systems. 
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. 
  • Implement API-led connectivity and reusable integration assets. 
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain integrations between MuleSoft, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Marketo. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring performance and reliability. 
  • Apply best practices in API security, governance, and scalability. 
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on projects. 
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define integration requirements. 
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and support guides. 

What experience and qualifications should you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in integration development with MuleSoft. 
  • Strong proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave. 
  • Solid understanding of API-led architecture and integration design patterns. 
  • Proven experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Marketo integrations (must-have). 
  • Strong knowledge of Java, JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP web services. 
  • MuleSoft Developer and/or Architect certifications (preferred). 

What skills and abilities should you have?

  • Experience with Javam DevOps, Dataweave, Anypoint, Open API, Swagger, Auth Security, and Custom Policy connectors.
