As a DRAM Module Quality Engineer, you will partner with other teams at the Boise and worldwide sites to qualify our new DRAM Module products.

We are looking for an effective collaborator skilled at building relationships and driving execution of activities owned by multiple partner teams, including planning, engineering and operations in the site, quality and other organizations.

The position requires an understanding of the manufacturing process for PCB/board-level products (module, SSD, etc). Qualified candidates will also have a background in product quality and qualification processes and key concepts.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, alerts to improve response time to any risks apparent from analysis of all available data.
  • Extract and analyze data from Micron’s various systems to assist in understanding risk, product health and quality for situations like product excursions (MRB, Material Review Board), process conversions and experiments, etc.  Prepare the data for presentation.
  • Coordinate product movement, sampling and disposition resulting from deviated material events impacting Module products.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in product quality and qualification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of PCB-level manufacturing processes
