About the Job:

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Consultant, you’ll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements.
  • Design efficient and scalable automation and business solutions in accordance with Microsoft best practices and vendor-specific design principles.
  • Provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to complex projects.
  • Configure new automation using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand, following an API-first methodology.
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration, bringing strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Bring with You

  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and the Power Platform connector library.
  • Deep knowledge of intelligent automation technologies and how to implement them at scale.
  • Experience in the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including:
    • Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) – configuration, customization, and integration.
    • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) – leveraging collaboration and productivity tools.
    • Azure services – integration, security, identity, and cloud-based automation.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, identifying fit-for-purpose Microsoft technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Dynamics 365 and M365 applications, ensuring seamless adoption and efficient use.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day issues with automation and business applications, delivering timely solutions.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security best practices in Microsoft environments.
  • Willingness to work in the Charlotte office three days per week.
