Adept Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer experiences through robust and scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for application development.

Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, mentoring junior developers, and providing guidance on technical strategy to leverage Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities effectively. Primarily on-site/in-person in the Harrisburg–Middletown area (PTC Central Office).


Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.
  • Strong understanding of custom development, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities within Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and services.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
