We are on the lookout for a Senior Media Buyer to spearhead our advertising initiatives. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and optimizing our media buying efforts across various digital channels, playing a crucial role in increasing our reach and enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies across platforms, including search engines, social media, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve set KPIs and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to define target audiences and ad creatives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
- Create regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, providing guidance on best practices and ongoing learning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in media buying and digital marketing, preferably in the education or tech sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
- Creativity: A knack for developing engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure optimal media buys.
