We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the backbone of our high-performing marketing team. This person will streamline systems, improve data integrity, and own campaign reporting and attribution. You’ll collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, SDRs, and Sales to ensure our campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver meaningful business results.
We’re especially looking for someone with deep experience in data analytics — someone who can dive into complex datasets, uncover insights and issues, and make actionable recommendations to improve performance, processes, and ROI across the marketing funnel.
✅ What You'll DoDive deep into data to identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and opportunities, and recommend improvements based on clear analysis and trends
Maintain and optimize Salesforce for marketing operations, including campaigns, leads/contacts, reporting, and attribution
Monitor key metrics weekly including MQL → SQL → SQO → Win conversion rates, lead attribution, and touchpoints
Ensure accurate ROI tracking across campaigns, webinars, and events—mapping campaign spend to SFDC campaign attribution
Build dashboards and reporting for executive and team-level visibility into marketing performance
Own and evolve our SQL/MQL reporting across lead and contact objects in Salesforce
Implement and optimize campaign influence and multi-touch attribution models
Build and track invite waves and attendance for Field Marketing events, including ICP validation and territory assignment
Collaborate with Content Marketing to manage campaign lists, drip campaigns in ActiveCampaign, and webinar operations
Manage tools including Apollo, Sales Nav, Rippling (for expenses), and commission systems like SPIFF
Support accurate and timely commission calculations for Sales, CS, SDR, Field Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles
Deep expertise in data analytics — strong ability to extract, interpret, and communicate insights from large datasets
Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (like ActiveCampaign or HubSpot), and BI/reporting tools (such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
Experience building and maintaining dashboards that track marketing performance, funnel conversion, and ROI
Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and campaign influence tracking
High attention to detail with the ability to spot trends, identify data integrity issues, and proactively resolve them
Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you can translate data into clear business recommendations for marketing and sales stakeholders
Bonus:
Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo
Experience with tools like Zapier, ChiliPiper, ActiveCampaign, Spiff and Slack integrations
Understanding of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting
Awareness of email compliance/privacy laws like GDPR or CAN-SPAM
Base Salary: $150,000 -$170,000 USD
OTE: $180,000- $185,000
