The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in growing the Point C brand. This position will help maintain and enhance the Point C brand image and personality through digital and print media, events and sponsorships, collateral, and enablement for brokers, clients, and members. The Senior Marketing Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with other marketing staff and external agency teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate awareness, drive engagement, and convert leads into opportunities
- Contribute to the strategy and content development of marketing campaigns, including thought leadership, case studies, and product positioning
- Support the Point C People team with internal comms and employee branding
- Analyze and optimize performance across all marketing channels, using data to inform decisions and improve ROI
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams to ensure strong alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals
- Stay current on marketing trends and tools, bringing new ideas to enhance strategy and execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on branding, content marketing, and communications
- Proven experience leading, developing, and executing brand awareness campaigns, marketing materials, internal communications, and sales enablement
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar platforms); HubSpot certification is a plus
- Strong independent worker that can take initiative as well as collaborate with teams, ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests at once
- Excellent communication and creative skills, with attention to detail are a must to succeed in this role
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industries is a plus
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
