Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work within the marketing team to plan and manage the execution of global marketing campaigns to support the Capital Markets team.
  • Leverage the full marketing mix (such as events, webinars, online advertising, content syndication, outbound emails, ABM, etc) to build awareness, generate new business leads and/or progress prospects through the funnel.
  • Collaborate across a global ecosystem of stakeholders to define and develop integrated strategies and tactics.
  • Manage field and regional events (both virtual and in person) including logistics, sourcing/organizing speakers & webinar partners, pre & post event communications, etc.
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Proactively communicate plans and tactical details across executives, sales and marketing to build strong relationships and alignment.
  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
  • Understand and keep up with industry trends that impact and highlight customer pain points to help target messaging.
  • Refine and optimize all activities to maximize return on investment, with a focus on sales qualified opportunity generation and conversion through the marketing funnel.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of marketing experience; event and demand generation experience preferred.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to work.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time and re-prioritize according to changing demands.
  • Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns and in-person events within a B2B organization (experience in marketing SaaS solutions strongly preferred).
  • Sound understanding of marketing mix optimization.
  • Experience working as a trusted partner to sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.

Base compensation for this role is: $112,300.00 - $142,300.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
