Virta Health is looking for an action-oriented senior marketer to accelerate our enterprise demand generation efforts. This person will develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing programs that create measurable impact in our target markets. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns designed to generate qualified pipelines and accelerate deal velocity across key segments.
You’ll work cross functionally with the demand gen, product marketing and sales teams to bring compelling campaigns to life - leveraging webinars, email nurture programs, ABM, digital advertising, and thought leadership content. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for a creative yet analytical marketer who thrives on driving results.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, webinars, ABM, digital advertising, events, and content syndication) to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Co-own our webinar program—partner with content marketing to develop concept and coordinate speakers, lead promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up.
Oversee direct report focused on ABM initiatives, optimized email nurture journeys, and digital advertising.
Partner with content marketing and product marketing to leverage timely thought leadership in campaigns and ensure messaging aligns with our brand narrative and customer pain points.
Analyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and continuously test and iterate to improve ROI and efficiency.
Collaborate with the commercial optimization team to ensure accurate attribution, lead tracking, and reporting on campaign performance.
Stay on top of industry trends and MarTech to identify new channels, technologies, or tactics to enhance demand generation efforts.
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
Get up to speed on 2026 plans and 1H campaigns, step in to run existing projects forward
Learn demand generation tools, evaluate areas with greatest opportunity, create action plan where necessary
Align closely with sales and consultant relations to understand how to activate channel for greater growth
Partner with Enterprise Marketing Team and Sales to deploy campaigns that deliver highly qualified leads to SDRs
Partner with Commercial Optimization Team on more sophisticated attribution frameworks
7-10+ years of demand gen experience, with a focus on demand gen in B2B healthcare environment
Proven success designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems (SFDC), ABM (ZoomInfo), AI tools, etc
Creative thinker who can translate business objectives into engaging marketing programs
Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data to uncover insights, test hypotheses, and guide decisions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Collaborative and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts preferred

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation range is $144,942-$170,000/year. Information about Virta’s benefits is on our Careers page at: https://www.virtahealth.com/careers.

As a remote-first company, our team is spread across various locations with office hubs in Denver and San Francisco.
