IPH is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager - Aggregator to lead the end-to-end operational and commercial performance of the aggregator (price comparison site) channel across the IPH pet insurance portfolio. This role owns daily operational excellence, partner governance, commercial negotiations, stakeholder management and performance optimization and analysis across multiple brands and aggregator platforms.

Acting as the central coordination point between aggregator partners, brand teams, sales, marketing, and internal analytics, this role ensures the channel delivers profitable growth, operational stability, and cross-brand consistency of best practice.

Key Responsibilities

Channel and Performance Management

  • Lead performance management across volume, conversion, CPA, and profitability.
  • Monitor and manage daily and weekly channel performance; lead rapid response actions when volatility occurs.
  • Provide regular performance updates & insights on results across aggregators
  • Identify and execute optimization initiatives across aggregators, including ranking improvements, bid strategies, and offer adjustments.
  • Identify and execute scale and efficiency opportunities across brands and partners.
  • Partner with internal analysts to translate insights into commercial plans.
  • Identify operational and process improvements to drive scale, efficiency, and accuracy across brands and partners.
  • Track and respond to competitor moves across aggregators and adjacent channels

Partner Management & Negotiation

  • Manage major aggregator relationships across the IPH portfolio as the senior point of contact.
  • Negotiate and sign portfolio-level partnerships with priority aggregators.
  • Negotiate quarterly new policy targets and CPA guardrails between brand teams and aggregator partners.
  • Negotiate brand rankings, product offers, visibility enhancements, and promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure strong accountability, transparency, and long-term value delivery through structured partnership management.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Manage relationships with Brand Aggregator Managers, Marketing teams, and Sales teams to ensure strategic and executional alignment.
  • Partner with Product, Pricing, Actuarial, and Finance teams to incorporate competitiveness and margin guardrails into operational decisions.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing to ensure proposition, creative, and messaging support aggregator success.
  • Support strategic planning and quarterly performance reviews with senior commercial leaders.

Strategic Planning & Best Practice Deployment

  • Lead annual and quarterly aggregator strategic planning across the IPH portfolio.
  • Identify the risks and opportunities that shape investment, ranking strategies, and product prioritization.
  • Develop, share, and implement Aggregator Best Practice frameworks across brands and partners.
  • Drive process consistency and operational excellence across the Shared Service Team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
  • 5+ years in aggregator operations, performance marketing, channel management, strategy consulting or commercial partnerships.
  • Proven experience driving scalable operational processes and delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial negotiation capability, ideally within marketplace ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand drivers across multiple partners, interpret performance data and drive decisive action.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with aggregators/price comparison sites, insurance, pet industry or performance marketing
  • Understanding of funnel metrics, ranking algorithms, CPA optimization, and aggregator ecosystems.
  • Comfort with performance dashboards and working alongside data teams.
