The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to enhance customer experience and assess competition's impact on business performance. This includes data reporting, market research, and collaboration with corporate marketing.
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
Provide clear and actionable insights through data collection, analysis and reporting. Maximize the company's competitive performance and market share for both the Residential business and the small- to-medium sized business (SMB) segment. With a rigorous discipline around intelligence gathering, verification of syndicated data, and original market-level investigation, analysis and reporting, Field Marketers are the company's subject matter experts of local market dynamics and of all competitors in each of the communities we serve.
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Perform analysis and reporting to assess competition's impact on the business, identify opportunities, and evaluate key business performance indicators and business initiatives.
Work closely with managers in the collection and processing of competitive data.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in corporate marketing and peers in the other regions.
Leverage a variety of tools including Vantage, MicroStrategy and Tableau.
Develop impactful reporting and data-driven presentations. Identify trends and fact-based and actionable insights; clearly articulate findings in written reports using charts, graphs, tables and other exhibits.
Troubleshoot existing MicroStrategy and Tableau reports; assess accuracy, propose solutions and confirm corrections.
Provide customer activity analyses and the impact competition may have on subscriber growth, migration trending, churn trending, etc.
Responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Provide administrative support, including budget and monthly forecasting, invoice processing, and assistance with inventory management and logistics (e.g. rate cards, channel lineups, and other collateral).

$81,800.00 and $157,200.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
