Your Impact
The Senior Manager, Yield Operations for Lowe's Media Network (LMN) is responsible for shaping and executing enterprise yield strategy across LMN's retail media portfolio. This scope spans onsite and offsite media, programmatic offerings, in-store placements, video, audio, and emerging channels. The role centers on valuation, pricing, forecasting, and inventory allocation to optimize media revenue while maintaining strong campaign delivery and performance. The position provides strategic insights and trend-based recommendations to Sales and executive stakeholders, translating data into actionable guidance that informs commercial decision-making. Working in close partnership with Sales, Business Operations, Ad Operations, Analytics, and Technology, the Senior Manager advances yield optimization, operational effectiveness, and scalable practices across LMN's advertising ecosystem.
What You Will Do
  • Establish LMN's yield strategy, pricing frameworks, and inventory allocation policies by defining revenue objectives, shaping rate structures, and guiding how inventory is prioritized across channels, formats, and audience segments.
  • Oversee forecasting across LMN channels (onsite, offsite, sponsored products, display, social, etc.) by developing advanced supply-demand models, monitoring marketplace dynamics, and ensuring alignment with financial plans.
  • Identify revenue risks and growth opportunities through ongoing analysis of pipeline, sell-through, pricing efficiency, and channel performance, recommending strategic adjustments in near-term and long-term yield tactics.
  • Lead performance reviews on advertiser trends and monetization effectiveness, synthesizing insights across advertiser categories, campaign types, and inventory sources to influence product evolution and sales strategy.
  • Act as a senior advisor to Sales and Business Operations by guiding pricing decisions, recommending deal structures, assessing feasibility, and providing strategic counsel on high-value or complex advertiser opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Technology to refine and scale LMN's predictive models, automation engines, inventory scoring methodologies, and self-service tooling to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency of yield decisions.
  • Partner with Ad Operations to ensure alignment between yield strategy and in-market execution, enabling proactive pacing management, optimization opportunities, and mitigation plans for fulfillment risk.
  • Govern LMN policies for pricing, discounts, makegoods, and premium inventory by ensuring consistent application of rules, maintaining compliance with business guardrails, and evolving guidelines as the network grows.
  • Drive workflow improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across LMN systems and teams.
  • Develop and maintain yield KPIs, process standards, and operational guardrails that measure the health of inventory utilization, revenue efficiency, pricing performance, and execution quality across LMN channels.
  • Provide clear insights and strategic recommendations to LMN and enterprise leadership, translating complex data into concise, actionable guidance that informs pricing strategy, product enhancements, and long-term revenue planning.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 8 years Progressive campaign management, media planning, project management or media strategy experience.
  • 6-8 years Progressive media analytics experience in a digital advertising environment.
  • 5 years Experience with Ad network/Ad exchange/DSP/SSP/Publishers
  • 5 years Cross-functional and collaborative project or team management
  • 3 years Leadership experience

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Master's degree MBA, Analytics, Statistics
  • 3 years Familiarity with statistical programming language
  • 3 years CRM systems
