What You’ll Do

As the Sr. Manager, Website Marketing, you are a leader with a “marketer’s mindset and developer’s skillset” who will lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of Edmentum’s digital presence across our B2B and DTC web properties. You will shape exceptional user experiences, strengthen site reliability and security, and drive measurable business impact through design, development, SEO, and analytics leadership.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the long‑term vision and strategy for Edmentum’s website ecosystem, ensuring it delivers exceptional experiences and business value.
  • Drive UX/UI excellence, experience optimization, accessibility, and A/B testing to elevate usability and conversion performance.
  • Oversee information architecture, SEO strategy, and messaging alignment to improve search performance and user intent matching.
  • Guide development execution and contribute hands‑on engineering expertise to ensure secure, scalable, fast, and resilient web infrastructure.
  • Ensure governance, platform health, privacy compliance, and accessibility across all Edmentum web properties.
  • Lead analytics, reporting, experimentation, and performance optimization to inform strategic decisions and improve funnel outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT, Enrollment, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to support integrated digital campaigns and lifecycle programs.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of web developers, fostering growth and accountability.
Who You Are
  • You are a strategic, customer‑focused thinker who constantly seeks opportunities to improve digital experiences and web performance.
  • You have deep experience in website strategy, UX/UI, digital experience management, and design systems for both B2B and B2C environments.
  • You are able to review, refactor, and ship production‑ready code using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, SQL, and Laravel.
  • You are skilled in SEO, analytics, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization across diverse user journeys.
  • You understand content architecture, CMS governance, and how to design intuitive information structures.
  • You bring expertise in UX/UI, CRO, and eCommerce flows, including direct‑to‑consumer engagement models.
  • You are knowledgeable in ADA/WCAG accessibility standards and implement inclusive design principles.
  • You have a strong background in site security, infrastructure reliability, and data privacy protocols.
  • You are familiar with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud‑based hosting environments.
  • You effectively collaborate with cross‑functional partners and manage external creative or technical vendors, with experience managing, coaching, and leading others to achieve ambitious goals.
  • You are proficient with digital, creative, and analytics tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Figma, Algolia, CraftCMS/Commerce, Marketo, Digistorm, GTM, Osano, and AWS.You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$120,000$135,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
