Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing
Compensation: ARS 70,000-90,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager to join our Transfer Pricing team. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience advising multinational clients on transfer pricing matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. You will oversee complex engagements, guide a talented team, and work directly with clients on strategic, documentation, and controversy matters.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage multiple transfer pricing projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

· Advise multinational groups on transfer pricing policies, documentation, planning, and compliance in line with OECD and local regulations.

· Oversee the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, economic analyses, and reports.

· Manage and support transfer pricing audits and controversy.

· Provide strategic guidance on complex transactions, including financial arrangements, IP valuation, and business restructurings.

· Supervise, coach, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

· Identify business development opportunities and contribute to client relationship management.

· Stay up to date with global regulatory changes and emerging trends in transfer pricing.

· Contribute to internal training, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum 10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or related international tax areas.

· Proven track record managing global or multi-jurisdictional TP projects.

· Strong project management and client management skills.

· Experience in documentation, advisory, controversy, and audit support.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and technical writing abilities.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field

· Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
