The role 

We are seeking a strategic thinker and highly analytical Senior Manager, Strategic Programs  to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects across our go-to-market organization. This role is ideal for a candidate with management consulting background or equivalent experience, who thrives on solving complex problems, structuring ambiguous projects, and delivering data-driven recommendations. You will not only drive execution but also shape frameworks, processes, and insights that inform leadership decisions and accelerate growth.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Own and lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives across the GTM organization – from framing the problem to delivering measurable outcomes. 
  • Design and operationalize scalable processes, playbooks, KPIs, and governance to improve predictability, efficiency, and GTM performance.
  • Conduct deep dives, build analytical models (e.g., propensity-to-buy, segmentation, prioritization), and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Provide strategic input into planning cycles delivering market sizing, prioritization frameworks, and insights to guide annual and quarterly GTM planning.
  • Craft clear actionable recommendations and serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, helping unlock decisions, align stakeholders, and ensure initiatives land successfully. 

We expect you to have: 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a top tier consulting background or equivalent strategic/program management experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project structuring skills, including ability to break down ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience turning data into insights that drive business decisions. Comfortable analyzing data across multiple systems, e.g., SQL databases, CRM, marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-visibility projects.  
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for senior leadership.
  • Versatility to work across a broad range of growth focused initiatives, balancing strategy, analysis, and execution.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 185k - 215k OTE (On-Target Earnings) and equity based on your experience, skills, and location.
