The Position:
We are looking for someone to join GameChanger's Strategy team as the Senior Manager of Strategic Insights and Market Research. You will lead market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights that shape GameChanger's long-term direction. You will build a centralized insight repository, synthesize external and internal data, and provide executives with clear, relevant recommendations that guide priorities, investments, and strategic planning. Promote self-service access to insights by training teams on how to navigate, contribute to, and use the repository.
Research Design & Implementation
Lead quantitative, qualitative, and secondary research projects that assess industry dynamics, customer needs, competitive movements, and market trends.
Build frameworks to track competitive intelligence, industry shifts, disruptive entrants, and evolving market conditions.
Conduct segmentation, behavioral analyses, and needs assessments to inform strategic decisions.
Translate complex findings into strategic recommendations and present them to senior leadership.
Strategic Insights
Analyze internal performance metrics to uncover growth drivers, diagnose risks, and identify opportunities across GameChanger's portfolio.
Support long-term planning with insights on market positioning, growth vectors, and potential headwinds.
Provide strategic input to Product, GTM, Partnerships, and Business Development by integrating internal data with external market signals.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Source and manage external research vendors, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned to strategic needs.
Be GameChanger's subject-matter expert on market research and insights.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, CX, Design, and BD to embed insights into planning, roadmaps, and our goals.
Promote a culture of curiosity, analytical rigor, and insight-driven thinking.
Who You Are:
