This role is accountable for delivering a high-growth and targeted sales growth strategy which includes developing a high-performing results-oriented sales team, achieving revenue and margin targets, growing target markets, key partners and lines of business, business development, relationship management and prospecting and alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and deliver an effective sales strategy of assigned accounts to exceed sales, margin and revenue targets.
- Effectively manage and guide a highly effective assigned Sales team to drive key sales strategies.
- Identify and oversee key client relationships to drive deals, identify areas of growth opportunities, and ensure effective strategies.
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with new, existing and prospective clients.
- Create and manage sales strategic programs to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Develop solutions that are repeatable and scalable to improve product integrations and underlying value proposition.
- Identify and build new sales channels by establishing marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Identify and develop new opportunities and business in the market for Smile by developing strong trusted relationships with customers and collaborating with Partners.
- Develop a feedback cycle with customers to ensure client satisfaction and develop value-adding strategies that grow their business.
- Manage and support the team to drive and execute contracts, identify areas of improvement and develop plans and strategies to achieve support Sales goals.
- Identify resourcing needs of assigned Sales team and lead recruitment efforts, as needed.
- Forecast and track new client metrics by managing quarterly and annual sales and partnership goals. Provide detailed and accurate forecasting, manage overall sales and partnership processes, set appropriate metrics for assigned sales and partnership funnel management.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working within healthcare sales. B2B experience, preferred.
- 3-5+ years experience in sales leadership or people management.
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Business or similar field and/or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge in healthcare technology and/or government healthcare programs and systems and/or US payers/providers space.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and maintain strong strategic client relationships and identify opportunities of growth with demonstrable results.
- Proven leadership abilities to build and develop a high-functioning and efficient sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop trusted relationships.
- Demonstrated revenue generation impact, through innovative partnerships and client relationships that have moved businesses forward.
- Exceptional ability to shift quickly between high-level and detail-oriented thinking. Must be able to manage ambiguous, open-ended questions to the ground.
- Self-driven and capable of independently seeking information, solving complex interpersonal or operational problems, persuading and aligning resources, and delivering results.
