About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting to own and scale our revenue operations. You will lead revenue recognition, billing, collections, and compliance with ASC 606 while partnering cross-functionally to support our fast-growing business. This role is hands-on and strategic, giving you the opportunity to build best-in-class processes that enable Limble’s continued success. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Business Operations to analyze contracts, assess revenue implications, and enhance financial processes.
What You'll Do in the Role

Own revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

Develop and implement scalable financial controls and policies for revenue recognition and reporting.

Lead the monthly and quarterly revenue close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Analyze and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance reports for revenue-related accounts.

Oversee the quote-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, and payments.

Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities within revenue accounting operations.

Collaborate with Sales, Legal, FP&A and Business Operations to review customer contracts, structure deals, and support the sales team

Partner with FP&A to support revenue forecasting and analytics

Assist with external and internal audit requests, providing necessary documentation and support.

Stay up to date with evolving accounting standards and revenue recognition regulations, assessing their impact on Limble’s financial operations.

Mentor and support direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of finance or accounting experience, with 5+ years specifically focused on revenue accounting in an Enterprise SaaS environment

Accounting or Finance degree, no CPA required.

Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition and contract review

Experience leading order-to-cash processes and revenue automation

Proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, Subscription billing Software, Revenue Recognition Software, and CPQ Software

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, and revenue recognition best practices.

Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
