About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented Senior Manager to join our Provider management team. This role will be instrumental in shaping how providers are integrated into the Sidecar Health experience—both for our members and for providers themselves.

You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across provider strategy, digital platform development, pricing, analytics, and national partnerships. If you're scrappy, analytical, and energized by fast-paced environments, this role offers the chance to drive critical company-wide initiatives from day one.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for how providers get connected to our members, ensuring alignment with our brand, user experience, and value proposition
  • Design and execute a comprehensive SaaS platform strategy for provider engagement and enablement
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and claims data to shape go-to-market strategies for provider growth in new geographies
  • Drive pricing strategy and analytics to inform contracting and reimbursement decisions
  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with key national provider partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Member Experience, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influence key business decisions

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in management consulting, business operations, product strategy, or similar roles (experience at firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and ability to turn insight into execution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience independently leading cross-functional projects in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams and navigating competing priorities
  • Self-starter mindset with a track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results without constant direction
  • Healthtech or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a bonus
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, and balancing competing priorities.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Healthtech or insurance experience is a bonus, but not required

What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary, bonus opportunity, and equity package
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • A 401k retirement plan
  • Paid vacation and company holidays
  • Opportunity to make an impact at a rapidly growing mission-driven company transforming healthcare in the U.S.
