About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Manager - Product Management- Supply Chain Finance (Product Management Executive Director) to drive client retention and growth, deliver critical operational efficiencies and ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory commitments. Reporting to the Head Global Receivables and Trade Product Management within Supply Chain Finance, this position is pivotal in shaping strategic direction and delivering measurable business impact. This role would lead a team of product owners and analysts to define and prioritize the product roadmap, working closely with partners across Technology, Business, other Products, and various other functional areas across the Commercial Bank.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead a team of high-performing product owners and analysts, both directly and through matrixed relationships, across globally distributed locations.
  • Rally the team and stakeholders around a product vision, influence and gain buy-in to prioritization across partner teams.
  • Drive and manage communications across multiple stakeholders, from deep technical discussions to high-level business cases
  • Lead the team in conducting customer discovery and translating customer insights and user behavior to deeply understand the needs of our internal and external customers, including buyers, suppliers, underwriters, portfolio managers, and more.
  • Understand and effectively leverage technology and AI in product discovery, design, development and deployment
  • Manage change and ensure business readiness to drive impact and adoption
  • Manage team with a risk-minded approach and care for governance and regulatory / risk / control needs Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy
  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
  • Interact directly with vendors
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:
  • Financial services experience within commercial banking, supply chain finance, or adjacent domains, with exposure to client lending and servicing platforms.
  • Ability to operate with intellectual curiosity and sound judgment in complex, highly ambiguous environments.
  • Strong product management capability leveraging design thinking and agile practices.
  • Track record of proactive execution and disciplined delivery in the face of evolving priorities.
  • Experience leading and developing teams as a player-coach, including driving transformation and change adoption.
  • Customer-centric, servant-leader approach aligned to partnership, accountability, and business results.

Job Expectations:
  • Travel: 10% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
