The Senior Manager, Post Sales Operations will lead a team supporting customer success, renewals, and advisory services by driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and data-driven insights. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to optimize business performance and foster continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with customer success, renewals and advisory services leaders to run their businesses
  • Ensure operational rigor through the administration of weekly KPI reviews, MBRs and executive readouts
  • Support fiscal year planning, target and OKR setting, and conduct ad-hoc analytics to uncover areas for growth
  • Manage a team of business analysts across customer success, renewals and advisory services organizations

  • +10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics roles within a technology company and/or experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Experience in people leadership; coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Superior analytics and Excel skills: You know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based on the results.
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-changing environment, with multiple teams relying on you.
  • Ownership mentality: You take pride in your work and view what you do as a part-owner and builder of the organization.
  • Ability to communicate data effectively: You can create compelling presentations and lead executives through data deep-dives.
  • Strong partnership skills: You understand that an organization comprises diverse parts and relish influencing other teams and co-piloting cross-team initiatives.
  • Process improvement expertise: Continuous improvement is part of your DNA. You can enhance business processes from diagnosis to documentation to execution.
  • Ability and desire to cover a range of activities, from C-level presentations to hands-on data deep-dives.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. A MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $180,900 - $236,175
Zone B: $162,900 - $212,675
Zone C: $150,300 - $196,225
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
