This role bridges strategic direction set by the Sr. Director of Identity Domain Consulting Excellence and the hands-on execution performed by Platform Engineers.
You will be responsible for ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality product representation across demos, evaluations, and field execution for the Identity portfolio. You will manage a team of Platform Engineers aligned to product pillars and ensure operational rigor, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination across Product Management, Product Marketing, Demo Strategy, and Evaluation Strategy.

Serve as the primary execution interlock between Identity Domain Consulting and Product Management, Product Marketing/Engineering, Technical Marketing, and GTM stakeholders.
Translate product roadmap and messaging updates into structured demo and evaluation execution plans with clear ownership and timelines.
Own operational readiness for major product launches and cross-pillar initiatives, ensuring sequencing and resource allocation align with business impact.
Monitor execution health signals (demo usage, evaluation adoption, engagement metrics), identify systemic gaps, and drive corrective action to improve field productivity.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Domain Consultants and Solutions Consultants to ensure platform execution reflects real-world customer environments and selling motions.
Partner with the Sr. Director to convert execution insights into broader Domain Consulting Excellence initiatives.
8–12+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Product-focused GTM roles.
3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably leading senior individual contributors.
Deep understanding of technical sales cycles, demo strategy, and customer evaluation frameworks.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Management and Product Marketing.
Demonstrated ability to operationalize strategy into scalable execution frameworks.
Strong prioritization and resource allocation skills in a matrixed organization.
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to synthesize execution insights into clear recommendations.
Experience driving process rigor and adoption across a global technical organization.
Strong coaching and talent development capabilities.
