Position Overview

Benepass is hiring a Sr. Manager / Manager, Partner Marketing to lead co-marketing, enablement, and activation efforts across a diverse partner ecosystem. This role spans high-impact partner channels, collaborative GTM motions, and opportunities to shape how Benepass engages partners to drive awareness and pipeline.

This role will be immediately focused on activating our strategic alliances (brokers/consultants), supporting our existing enterprise HCM partnership, and driving co-marketing programs for our vendor & affiliate partnerships. These three areas represent the core day-one scope of the role.

Over time, the role will expand into Benepass’s broader partner ecosystem, which includes Ben-Admin platforms, additional HRIS/HCM integrations, and care navigation partners, creating a wide runway for ownership and growth.

This is a high-agency, cross-functional role working closely with Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Sales, Business Development, Customer Operations, and Senior Leadership to bring partner programs to life and generate meaningful pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alliances (Broker/Consultant Partner)
  • Own marketing strategy and execution for Strategic Alliances, our highest-impact partner channel

  • Build scalable co-marketing programs across webinars, content, email, partner toolkits, and field activations

  • Develop messaging and enablement materials that brokers use in employer conversations

  • Increase partner engagement, education, and influence within our top alliance relationships

Existing Enterprise HCM Partnership
  • Support co-marketing and partner activation for Benepass’s existing enterprise HCM partnership (wellness-focused), including campaigns, integration messaging, and joint enablement

  • Collaborate with Strategic Alliances and Product Marketing to ensure consistent, compelling positioning within the HCM ecosystem

  • Drive awareness and adoption of co-marketed programs within target accounts

Vendor & Affiliate Partnerships
  • Support vendor + affiliate partnerships that power Benepass’s Explore module (e.g., category vendors, rev-share partners, wellness/fitness brands)

  • Produce co-marketing campaigns, category education, and B2C-style activation programs

  • Develop scalable vendor/affiliate partnership frameworks to grow engagement and incremental revenue opportunities

Pipeline Creation & Performance
  • Drive the role’s core KPI: partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline creation

  • Build visibility, reporting, and analytics around partner program performance

  • Work with Marketing, Strategic Alliances, and Sales leadership to convert alliance activity into pipeline

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Strategic Alliances, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and the broader marketing organization

  • Ensure partner programs are aligned with GTM priorities and well-communicated internally

  • Maintain tight operational alignment with alliance partners and internal stakeholders

Expansion Areas (Over Time)

As Benepass grows, this role will expand into additional partner categories, including:

  1. Ben-Admin Platforms: Support co-marketing, eligibility/enrollment workflow education, and integration value propositions

  2. Additional HRIS / Payroll / HCM Integrations: Reinforce Benepass’s integration story and enterprise distribution strategy

  3. Care Navigation Platforms: Support alignment between Benepass’s benefit categories and navigation platform offerings

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building new partner motions, creating structure, and operating cross-functionally.
